However, it was not long before the brunette singer took him back “with much heartache” after Bieber pleaded for another chance.

Despite the split the multiplatinum artist had nothing but nice words to say about Selena Gomez. In a candid interview with Oprah Winfrey Bieber said, “I am all about genuine people, and I feel like she’s just one of the most genuine people. “She just has a good heart. And I can talk to her about anything. I never make her separate from me because I don’t ever want her to feel like I’m ashamed of her. If we get away, we’re getting away together, at least.”

When it comes to controversial subject matters Matt Stone and Trey Parker have been under the spotlight on more than one occasion. With The Book of Mormon the hilarious duo has once again managed to offend a lot of people, but it’s probably what they were aiming for.

I’ve been hooked onto South Park for quite some time now and I’ve always found Stone and Parkers approach to comedy extremely fresh. These guys are completely out of their mind and have developed a “bad boy” reputation for constantly choosing a controversial subject matter and The Book of Mormon just confirms that.

Words don’t even do justice to how hilarious The Book of Mormon really is. You’ve gotta see it to believe it. No wonder my friends couldn’t stop talking about this. The cast and crew work as a well-oiled machine and make the audience laugh with their brilliant acting and chorus work. Despite its constant ridiculing of the Mormon Church over their stance on homosexuality, the musical is careful to exclude practicing Mormons themselves and ironically, in a musical laced with profanities, have been depicted as kind individuals.

Central to the story is a handsome and popular Mormon from Utah by the name of Elder Kevin Price. Much to his disappointment Elder Price along with his socially challenged friend Elder Arnold Cunningham is sent on a mission to Uganda in spite of his constant praying to be transferred to his favorite city of Orlando. The Mormon Church, after failing to achieve a single baptism, aims to turn things around by sending Elder Price on a mission to a poverty stricken town of Uganda. To make matters worse the town is ruled by a tyrant warlord who likes to rape virgin girls for pleasure. What follows from there is a brilliant Broadway production that will leave you wanting more. I recommend buying Wicked Tickets and checking this one out. It’s well worth the money IF you’re not sensitive about religious matters.
